This exclusive Wine Club dinner brings together Estate Chef Julie Simon’s French roots, the winter bounty of the Central Coast, and a curated selection of estate and library wines from the Presqu’ile cellar.
The menu draws from peak seasonal ingredients, including estate-harvested truffles and chanterelles foraged from our Sta. Rita Hills site, thoughtfully composed to highlight depth, texture, and balance. Each course is paired with wines selected to showcase the range and age-worthiness of the Presqu’ile portfolio in a winter setting.

Chef Julie’s menus are crafted with intention and care, shaped by what the land gives in the moment. As such, we’re unable to accommodate menu substitutions or dietary restrictions for this experience.
Over the past five years, Chef Julie has shaped Presqu’ile’s culinary program around seasonality, technique, and a deep respect for the relationship between food, wine, and place.
