Springtime on the rolling hills of Las Cumbres is bright green grass and thriving animals raised in partnership with the health of the land. The Selbert family practice regenerative grazing, a sustainable farming method that considers not only the condition of the cattle, but also the condition of the soil in the fields and the wildlife that shares the pastures. The beauty that surrounds us at the table is a result of these practices. Outstanding guest chef Clark Staub will show us his favorite places, leading a collective culinary walkabout that offers a deeper look at where our food comes from.
