Our 2021 Gamay Nouveau marks the third release of our “baby Gamay”.  Traditionally, Nouveau is released a mere two months after fermentation is complete and is meant to celebrate the end of harvest.  This wine undergoes carbonic maceration, essentially fermenting the whole, uncrushed grape berries from the inside out.  This process yields a fun, juicy, light and refreshing wine that is meant to be enjoyed chilled. Boom!
