This exclusive Wine Club dinner brings together Estate Chef Julie Simon’s classically trained, globally inspired culinary vision, the spring bounty of the Central Coast, and a curated selection of new releases and rare gems from the Presqu’ile cellar.
The menu draws from peak seasonal ingredients — bright, fresh, and alive with the energy of the season — thoughtfully composed to highlight the vibrancy and sense of place that define spring at Presqu’ile. Each course is paired with wines selected to celebrate our Spring releases alongside a few special selections that rarely leave the cellar.

Chef Julie Simon’s menus are crafted with intention and care, shaped by what the land gives in the moment. As such, we’re unable to accommodate menu substitutions or dietary restrictions for this experience.
Over the past five years, Chef Julie Simon has shaped Presqu’ile’s culinary program around seasonality, technique, and a deep respect for the relationship between food, wine, and place.
