This exclusive Wine Club dinner brings together Estate Chef Julie Simon’s classically trained, globally inspired culinary vision, the burgeoning bounty of the Estate garden, and a curated selection of new releases and rare gems from the Presqu’ile cellar.
The menu draws from peak seasonal ingredients — bright, fresh, and alive with the energy of the season — thoughtfully composed to highlight the vibrancy and sense of place that define summer at Presqu’ile. Each course is paired with carefully selected current-release wines alongside a few special selections that rarely leave the cellar.

Chef Julie Simon’s menus are crafted with intention and care, shaped by what the land gives in the moment. As such, we’re unable to accommodate menu substitutions or dietary restrictions for this experience.
Over the past five years, Chef Julie Simon has shaped Presqu’ile’s culinary program around seasonality, technique, and a deep respect for the relationship between food, wine, and place.
Limit two tickets per membership. Ticket price includes tax and gratuity.
Optional early arrival at 5:15 pm — guests are welcome to join us at The Bunker, Presqu’ile’s new art space, for a glass of sparkling wine and a private preview of our inaugural installation before dinner begins in the tasting room at 6 pm.
